PREPARATION METHOD: Boil 500g of gram dhal with 200g of a small onion and 8 nos. of green chilli. Fry the necessary vegetables with tomatoes. Add all these with gram dhal to boil. After boiling, add 1 packet of MAHARAJ SAMBAR POWDER. Then, add a pinch of salt with Tamarind juice and let fry. Finally, add some fried coriander leaves. Now tasty and flavored Sambar ready. You may also prepare Sambar rice with MAHARAJ SAMBAR POWDER.
PREPARATION METHOD: Pour cooking oil into a frying pan and heat with 100g small onion, 100g tomato, 2 green chillies, and ginger garlic paste. Add this mix to the MAHARAJ EGG CURRY MASALA and fry. Also, add one drumstick and 100g of potato and allow to boil. After that, pour in 100g of coconut milk. Lastly, add 5 boiled eggs to the contents. Finally, add some fried coriander leaves. Now, your tasty and flavored egg curry is ready to serve. You may also prepare kurma, tomato rice, and prawn gravy with MAHARAJ EGG CURRY MASALA.

Add 50g of MAHARAJ FISH CURRY MASALA and 50g of tamarind juice. Allow to boil and cut pieces of fish into the required salt. Pour in 150g of coconut milk and allow it to boil. Spread some coriander leaves. Now the tasty fish curry kulambu is ready to serve.
